I am so BITTERLY disappointed and FURIOUS with the 'service' provided by Formula One Autocentres Erdington. I paid a lot of money to have all four of my tyres replaced and what did I get? I got all 4 of my alloy wheels badly scratched and in need of repair and to make matters even WORSE my steering is all messed up. I can NO LONGER enjoy a spirited drive because my steering is rolling. I was charged over 1000 and the problem STILL REMAINS. I WILL NEVER USE THIS GARAGE EVER AGAIN!!!!

Not plush but doesn't need to be. Quick work, courteous, showed me directly a sidewall problem found which I had thought was just a puncture (that I asked to have check as an add-on to the fitting). Would maybe have taken half a star for the supposed coffee machine not being visible but I expect they could have made us one if needed...

Fitting was very prompt and the owner very welcoming. Only down side was that when I left the garage my tyre pressure warning light was activated. When I checked the tyre pressure of the new tyre it was overinflated by the fitter- 8Psi over the recommended tyre pressure!
