Convenient local business. My main observation is that they either need to reset the TPMS (which modern cars have) after fitting new tyres or tell the owner that they haven't done this. 5 miles down the road the TPMS alerted me to a loss of pressure and I had to pull over to check - unnecessarily.

When I arrived on the day of my appointment the tyre had not yet been delivered to the garage - even though I had ordered it 4 days earlier and had received texts and emails advising me to get there early on the day of the fitting! Fortunately for me the tyre I ordered was for my spare wheel so the garage agreed that I could leave the wheel with them and I returned to collect it the next day. They were friendly and helpfu and I would use them again.
