Booked for 10:15, I was 2 minutes early but told to come back at 12 as another car had just gone into the tyre bay. OK but a phone call would have saved me a wasted journey. Requested alignment check, not done, staff did not know if this was a chargeable item. Said forget it. No problems with actual fitting.
