It's strange to be asked for a review before the work was done. The work was carried out quickly and I had a comfy place to wait while it was done. Unfortunately the alignment machine was bust but was told to return next week and it will be done as well.

Appreciate it's a busy time of year but service was slow with over two hours from arrival to leaving. Perception was lack of fitters causing this. On the positive side , got good advice and was warned of long delay on arrival.
