How can I change the tyres on my order?

If you would like to change the tyres on your order, we can help you do that whatever the reason. If tyres have been delivered to you or the garage already, some collection charges may apply to return the tyres.

Please note that we can only accept tyres back if they have not been fitted or driven on - these products are no longer suitable for resale after this point. To discuss this, please contact our team.

How can I change my garage appointment?

If you would like the date or time of your appointment changed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will liaise with the garage to try and accommodate your new requirements.

If the tyres have already been dispatched to the garage for your fitting we may be unable to accommodate a change of fitter in some circumstances, without additional charges for collection of the initial delivery. As we show online our earliest fitting date we are often unable to bring appointments forward - unless the tyres have been confirmed as delivered to the garage.

How can I change the delivery address on my mail order?

If you would like to change the delivery address on your mai order purchase then please contact us at [email protected] with the new address.

We will attempt to accommodate all change requests, but in some instances - depending on when we are notified and the required changes - deliveries may encounter a delay.
