Upon arrival I was requested to wait in a customer room where there were screens showing MoTs, My car was not in these bays so I had no idea of progress on my car, after an hour I was told the car was finished, I dont suppose I spoke a dozen words to any of the staff . I would have liked some more info on the fitting process -i Ill be generous and say Motorcare were very professional

Took my car for 2 new rear tyres, dropped the car off at the time it was booked in for, very easy and pleasant. Was told it would take 30-45 mins, and when I returned in 45 mins the car was waiting, job done! What more can you ask for.
