This customer had 2 x Kumho Solus 4S HA32 tyres fitted here

The tyres were not delivered by the alotted time. Not the garage's fault but they sent me away for an hour only to tell me when I git back that the tyres were not there. Then the following day I went to get them fitted and was told it would take 20mins (I was there first) and it took 1:30mins for some reason. Other cars sarrived after me and were served first.

I was told to come back in and hour and a half which I thought was fine. I went to a local pub for lunch and then came back to find my car still where Id left it. I was then told 10 minutes and itll be done. Over an hour I then waited to have my car returned back to me. Time management skills are 0!

AJ and all the guys very helpful when wrong tyres delivered to Formula1 Malvern, running me back home and delivering car later. They really seem to care about the customer experience and take pride in their work. Five stars from me.
