As usual, excellent service. The pair of tyres were fitted within the time band indicated on the preliminary paperwork which was inclusive and very helpful. The reception and fitting staff that I met were very friendly and courteous .

No-frills garage which dealt with the fitting of my two tyres as I would have expected. Took just over an hour (08:55 to 10:00) which was a bit longer than I expected, but then I'm not the expert! On a cold rainy day, a bit of heating in the waiting room would have been appreciated!

Upon arrival the garage had no record of our booking from Blackcircles. Irritating as the garage was very busy. However they squeezed us in and completed the work with minimal inconvenience to ourselves. We will probably book direct next time rather than through Blackcircles due to a lack of confidence in Blackcircle's booking system.

Disappointed that the locking key for the locking wheel nuts apparently 'disintegrated', when they went to fit the new tyres, whereby they had to drill out the locking wheel nuts and replace them with non-locking nuts, invoicing me a total of 88.48. I will not be using their service in the future.

Always courteous, professional and exacting. They're close by to where I live, but that doesn't guarantee them my business. Being great at what they do though, that does guarantee my business. I'm having another couple of tires fitted to my Tesla next week (they don't know this yet!). William is also a Tesla owner, so I trust that they are capable of working on the car in the proper manner. All in all, a great garage to do business with. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service I received from the team at the garage, they even took my car next door for a car wash and called when it was all done, although that was not included in the price of course.
