I had a 10a.m appointment booked for 07/01/2022 for my tyre fitting. I received a phone call at 10.15a.m. from the fitter saying that he couldn't make the appointment. He offered to attend at lunchtime but we had to go out. I asked whether mid/late p.m. was possible and he said no. He then arranged to call me on Monday a.m. which he did, and the tyres were fitted on Monday. My complaint is why was I contacted AFTER my appointment time and not before? It messed up our plans for the day.

Perfect service. Called before to advise of arrival, fitted tyre at my workplace in great time and called me to let me know when finished. Can't fault the service
