Second time I have used Halfords mobile with excellent, friendly service. The fitter also pointed out that the space saver wheel that I had just bought had a tyre which was 16 years old which was good to know. Will definitely use again.

This garage does not have appt times , but has 4 hour time slots . I Delivered my car at opening time 08:30 hrs -car was ready at 11:30 hrs .Luckily there is a macdonalds and shops nearby .Tracking was done as extra .polite and informative staff .Garage was very busy .

I was booked in for 10am left my vehicle on site and booked in went back at 11am my vehicle still not moved . I asked why and they said they will get straight on it they then removed the wheels from the position the vehicle was parked in and commenced the work. Wasn’t impressed especially as I have had lots of work done there previously and several mots . Disappointed

Tyre remover broken. Had to leave car and walk home whilst wheels taken to another site. Collected car 2 1/2 hours later Would have liked tyre fitting grease to be removed from tyre on freshly valeted car. Told by member of staff that this has to be on there to fit tyre and it would come off in rain.
