2 stars for tyres being fitted. However, impression I got from chap behind desk was of being an inconvenience. Not very welcoming, indicated tyres may not have delivered but didnt check till asked again. I was in waiting area whilst tyres being fitted and could see job had been completed. Again had to ask if job completed! 5 stars Blackcircles for supply and price but I wont be returning to this fitter as customer service very poor.

Great service - After booking the slot, something else cropped up whic meant I couldn't wait and couldn't get back before they closed for the day - I contacted the fitters directly, arranged to leave my car with them, and for the keys to be left witht the cashier at the adjoining petrol station for later collection.
