A very busy garage but I was seen to quickly, work started after 1/4 an hour and 30 minutes after that the tyres were fitted and I was on my way. Theres a waiting room and the staff were friendly. All good.

Only complaint was I booked for morning fitting but they were busy so had to go back 2 hrs later which took it to pm. But it does say on their site its 1st come 1st serve. Other than that was happy with service.

I found the representatives polite, professional and timely especially as they were short staffed due to.absenteeism. The reception area was clean and comfortable for my one and a half hour wait, which was quite acceptable given four tyres were to be replaced.

Fitter arrived without prior notice apart from a message to remind me that the fitter was calling today. The job was done quickly and efficiently but the fitter left without notice so I couldnt thank him!

Nice chap, but left without even mentioning that the stuff Id taken out the boot, to get the locking wheel nut, was still "out the boot".. He just left! Also, dont think he re-balanced the wheels after. There is a slight wobble when driving on the motorway now.

Super simple super convenient! Was able to easily book a 4 hour time slot. Fitting was hassle free. Only suggestion for improvement would be getting an update of a one hour time slot on the day via text/email. As only reminder I had was for the four hour time frame for home fitting.
