A bit disappointed. Having had an appointment at 230 I expected to be seen as close to that role but was delayed 40 mins. So having dropped the car at 14.20 It was 1550 by the time the car was ready so a long time to wait around. Although all were friendly in there a bit disappointed to have been kept waiting So long.

Brilliant experience - I couldn't make my original appointment, so I called the garage to advise them. I spoke with Peter, who was friendly, polite and helpful, and said to just arrive as soon as possible. I couldn't make it until the following day, so I rang in the morning to check availability. Again I spoke with Peter, who said to bring my car asap, and they'd squeeze me in. Dropped my car off at 09:00 and it was done by 10:00. Really pleased with the service, couldn't ask for more.

Sat for an hour before tyre fitting began, It then took over an hour to complete. That was before the tracking was checked. Apparently had a member of staff off.
