The slot I choose won't be available. I was offered 12 30 instead today which I can't attend as I'm going to work. I was offered Thursday at 9 30 instead which I had to take. I won't be using your site again. No point in choosing a time if it isn't honoured.

very friendly staff and I can't fault the job, however, I arrived for tires and a wheel alignment and they first spent a while looking for the tires, then when they had recommended I had a wheel alignment and I had to point out that I had already paid for that. they told me everything would take an hour and it ended up being close to 2 hours as they couldn't locate their tire man.
