When I arrived it was shut up, they were running late with opening. I was a little concerned that the other customer waiting with me had an issue with the wheel nut being over tightened and they couldnt remove her tyre, ironically when asked who did this the response was this garage. I give 3 star for my tyre fit, it was okay but there was no attempt to clear the old wheel weight adhesive off the alloy so I have a sticky residue I need to sort myself.

The 4-tyre fitting was efficiently completed while I waited outside in the covered yard (there is no customer waiting room). This garage does not offer wheel alignment (that is recommended by Black Circles), so I will need to get that done elsewhere.

There were some issues here. The fitter started replacing wheels without balancing, saying that since there would four new tyres it wasn't necessary. He did then balance them but I later found that he didn't remove the old weights first, so the wheels need re-balancing. Also, he replaced the wheels using an air gun and so the nuts are much too tight. They need to be all removed and retightened correctly.

A pleasant visit to this garage, the guys were so helpful and knowledgeable The tyres were there for my early AM appointment and they start work straight away. Made me comfortable in a nice heated waiting room. It did not take long with two guys working on the car. 4 wheels later I drove out and the car definitely feels different (for the better) When needed iI will be using this garage again and when needed I will be using Black circle again Thanks.

They had trouble opening lock wheel nut and one of the guy he invited me to do it. They did try to few times to convince to do the tracking on the car, but the car didn't had any issue with tracking. They haven't asked me if I want the old tyres back, there reason might be because they were in very good condition only few months old. I did get the get the old tyres back, but on other tyres shops they usually ask before.

Efficient workload management. Great service today. Even with the bays at capacity, work on my car began almost immediately because they use their mobile fitters on-site. The management is very sharpthey reassigned one of my fitter's other jobs to someone else just to make sure my fitting stayed on schedule. Its a busy site with lots of mobile units moving around, but that results in a quick turnaround. Highly recommended.

Excellent service as always from VS Motors. The tyre from Blackcircles arrived a day before my appointment had been booked for. They called me to let me know and offered the option to have it fitted earlier, or to wait until the scheduled date.
