It is passing 9 oclock and the garage has not opened yet. Waiting for half an hour as there is no appointment time. It is first in first out service that ruins whole your morning. Not to recommend or use this garage again.

Garage did not fit my tyre, I was told it would be 1 and a half hour wait, as they have no ramp and only 1 jack, not a way to run a tyre shop. I took my tyre and had it fitted at another garage at my expense. Gets 1 star as this is the minimum aloud, otherwise it would be 0

Unfortunately I believe that the tyre shop damaged my rim while fitting but I was presented with that "it was there" - while looking at the wheel briefly (I believe with new tyre already on to be inflated). Then later I realized they didn't even removed old rusted weight so I'm not sure if the wheels are actually property balanced. So I'm left with damaged rim and probably imbalance wheels.

Efficient workload management. Great service today. Even with the bays at capacity, work on my car began almost immediately because they use their mobile fitters on-site. The management is very sharpthey reassigned one of my fitter's other jobs to someone else just to make sure my fitting stayed on schedule. Its a busy site with lots of mobile units moving around, but that results in a quick turnaround. Highly recommended.
