staff questioned the last time i had my car serviced as he found difficult to remove one tyre. As if to say that changing tyres everytime one services their car is a necessary criteria to ensure that it is easy to remove each time it is necessary to replace it-- what a joke. Little did he know i had spent over £1200 on the car in the last two months on servicing the very same car. He needs to get a different job if he cannot remove a tyre despite all the equipment he has to hand.
