Watin in reception for five minutes while a staff member was staring at a tv asked me if I wanted a machanic The machanic asket me where my locking wheel nut was told him in the cars console came back asked me again so I went to my car to see my wife's work accuipment all over the garage floor which is worth over a z1000 pounds was not happy only to find another machanic had taken the locking wheel nut

nice, clean modern facility with very good access. However the welcome at reception is pretty much non existent with no smiles, cheery words like hello and eye contact. A member of staff just stood there rolling a cigarette .Very minimal words when handing over my key . Come back in half an hour was all that was said. I did return in around half an hour to sit in reception and wait and wait. In the end I asked a staff member if my car was ready. It was but was still in the workshop . Not sure I will return ...

Only issue I had, was blackcircle sending me appointment time, 33 minutes before 8.30 actually appointment time, it was 8.45 when i look at my phone, realising i was late Please could you let myself or other customers know appointment times, day before I was late for mine, meaning I had too wait, fortunately the staff at savoy, fitted me in with other jobs, they where attending too I appreciated there understanding and patience with me, Thanks guys.

Great service from VMB. Order No BC6298568 After Blackcircle only delivering 3 tyres instead of the ordered 4; VMB went out of their way to find a fourth matching tyre so that the appointment could be kept. So no thanks to Blackcircle who would probably get 1 star for service.

The engineer who visited my home did an amazing job and was really professional but also talkative which made the appointment feel relaxed and personal. It was also really convenient to have my tyres fitted at home as this made it hassle free and allowed me to continue working without having to lose time in my day visiting a garage.

The lads there barely spoke English so was a bit hard to communicate which initiallyput me on the edge. However they were lovely and took good care when jacking up not to break my side skirts and not scuffing my wheels when removing.
