Purchased and had 6 tyres fitted on our motorhome. All alloys were in mint condition before the new tyres were fitted. On completion we checked our tyres and found one of the alloys was damaged! The manager was very good and has offered to pay for the alloy to be put right. We just find it so annoying that you look after your vehicle which costs a lot of money, for someone to damage it unnecessarily.

The fitter did his best to do a good job, but he didn't speak English, and while his boss did, he disappeared after two minutes. The guy was as careful as he could be with the alloy wheels, but didn't have a proper value insertion tool, so used a pair of side cutters to pry the new valves in. It has chipped the paint. Not enough to make a fuss, but it's there on both wheels I had tyres fitted to, and I've only had the (two year old) car for four days.
