Very good experience overall, the only flaw was the appointment system which doesn't make it clear that the car is to be left at the garage for servicing instead of a while-u-wait style of service, but this would appear to be not the garage's fault but the booking system? Regardless the garage sorted a solution out and the tyre change was done in a v ery friendly and professional manner; very satisfied!

From previous experience with blackcircles the appointment time has meant I have had a reasonable expected waiting time until the car was ready, the garage was honest to advise that the tyres hadn't been booked in and that it would be sometime before the car would be ready and they would call when ready if I would have known this at the outset I could have arranged for someone to pick me up. a minor inconvenience avoidable if anticipated delays had been advised prior to booking a time slot.
