Absolutely awful. First appointment was cancelled as soon as my money had been taken. 2nd appointment a week later was then double booked - meaning 50 mins late starting, so Ive now had to cancel my evening plans. Will never return to Blackcircles / Protyre Bridgnorth after this experience as both companies will no doubt blame the other

Did not change the tyres I asked and no communication prior to changing this. Advised me the front two were over the limit when I have already had these checked. Still left with a slow puncture and was told to just purchase another tyre as theyre cheap through Black Circle. Will not be using HiQ again.

Arrived and got in for the fitting immediately. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the 4 tyre fitting was done within the timeframe stated. The only minor issue was that a check of the tyre pressures immediately after showed unequal tyre pressures around the four tyres, one over pressure, two under pressure. Not a major issue.
