The garage was busy when i turned up the service advisor was very abrupt and sharp then told me i had to leave the car and come back in 90 minutes,this was not advised at the time of booking which was altered by the garage after the original booking,i had no where really to go as the nearest town is 30 minutes walk away,whats the point in having 30 minute appointments intervals if you have to wait for 90 minutes for 2 tyres to be fitted

Appointments are pointless. Turned up 8.55 for a 9am appointment. The car didn't go in until 10.05 and wasn't ready until 11am. 55 minutes to fit 4 tyres !!! This isn't the first time I've had a similar experience with this garage.

Arrived and got in for the fitting immediately. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the 4 tyre fitting was done within the timeframe stated. The only minor issue was that a check of the tyre pressures immediately after showed unequal tyre pressures around the four tyres, one over pressure, two under pressure. Not a major issue.

The guys here were really good, starting work as soon as I arrived and completing the fitting of four new tyres on my MX5 in 35 minutes which was greatly appreciated, The one proviso was that the pressures needed adjusting when I got home but that's not enough to stop me returning. The tyres were ordered through Blackcircles and I'm disappointed to find that within the space of 3 days the total price has reduced by 26.40.
