The garage was busy when i turned up the service advisor was very abrupt and sharp then told me i had to leave the car and come back in 90 minutes,this was not advised at the time of booking which was altered by the garage after the original booking,i had no where really to go as the nearest town is 30 minutes walk away,whats the point in having 30 minute appointments intervals if you have to wait for 90 minutes for 2 tyres to be fitted

Got there at 9 for appointment, was advised it would be 60-90min wait (I didnt realise this and thought the reason I booked the timing slot was to have the tyre done then) he then prioritised my vehicle over another car whist I waited so could get me on my way quickly. Assisted with my old tyre that needed photo evidence for a claim and wrapped it up to put in my boot to take away.

Arrived 10 minutes early, for our 13.30 appointment, reported into reception, car went in straight away to have 2 front tyres fitted, the staff member noticed my daughter was shivering as the reception area was fairly cold, he went found a fan heater to warm the place up. 20 minutes later 2 tyres fitted and on our way, Staff were great.

Everything they said they would do, they did. They have left quite a few dirty marks on the inside of the car, which was annoying, but otherwise everything went well.

I only had to wait 10minutes past my allotted time to get my tyres fitted, fitter was friendly and took care working on my vehicle. Garage isnt a new building but the reception and facilities were very clean and we were offered a hot drink whilst we waited. I had the same Michelin tyres fitted to the front of my van through Black circles , so impressed with them they were always going to be my tyre of choice when the rear tyres needed replacing .

The guys here were really good, starting work as soon as I arrived and completing the fitting of four new tyres on my MX5 in 35 minutes which was greatly appreciated, The one proviso was that the pressures needed adjusting when I got home but that's not enough to stop me returning. The tyres were ordered through Blackcircles and I'm disappointed to find that within the space of 3 days the total price has reduced by 26.40.
