Tracking and tyres were fitted. Was advised it could take upwards of 2 hours but stayed with the car. Please check that your pressures are correct before leaving as my tyres were underinflated (30psi all round) when they should be 35psi minimum

I turned up at ATS early & was told that there was one person before me. I could come back for my car later or wait around. I decided to go for a walk. I returned a hour or so later to find everything done. The staff member ii saw was very polite & helpful.

Very difficult to get hold of by phone, never answered the phone despite trying for hours the day before to check and in the day to check if the car was ready as provided no communication when car was done and I had to go down and take out luck it was ready, Im still awaiting confirmation the the wheel alignment was done as they could not confirm this done as no report has been produced when the car was collected or emailed to me when I questioned this point

Ive been using this garage for a good few years and they have always been the same - polite, efficient and HONEST which is a quality thats hard to find!!!!!! They actually tell you when a job isnt necessary - rather than trying to get an extra couple of quod out of you!

Disappointed. Booking for 09:00. Arrived at 08:50. Work began at 09:25. The worn tyres were on the back of a small dront-wheel-drive car. I asked for the new tyres to go on the front and swap the others to the rear where they do almost no work. Garage refused to do this. Ultimately they fitted the tyres but that's really all. Also tried to sell various add-ons such as tracking and alignment which can't be needed as the existing tyres have lasted 30k+ miles.

Turned up earlier than the scheduled times. He was kind enough to wait for me. Took him no more than 35 mins to change 4 tyres which I thought was super quick. The car now shakes so I believe he hasnt balances the tyres. Shame as we paid extra to get someone to come to us due to work commitments. Wont use again.

Adam who does the mobile tyre fitting didn't balance my 2 new front tyres and my steering wheel has been juddering really badly. I have to go back to there garage the next day to fix the issue. Half a job. Mark from ats swansea retail did honestly say that my 2 new front tyres hasn't been balance and mended the problem straight away.
