When I arrived there was a member of staff who had no interest in serving me, very little out of the conversation and generally left my car there unhappy. When I returned the two younger lads were lovely, very chatty and explaining to me the process behind some of the tyre changes they do. I had my MOT that afternoon, and was told I had some clips missing from my wheel arch liner causing the tyre to rub, I would of thought they would of told me about this when the car was up in the air. Maybe I am just being fussy though!
