All good, tyres fitted within 2 hours of dropping the car off. More specific fitting timings would be more beneficial rather than just morning and afternoon. I had to take half a days holiday because I didnt know how long I would be waiting. Staff were polite and helpful.

Can't book a time slot on line but told I had one on arrival. So I was quite early would have been better if I had been informed by text or email after booking. Have had a very bad experience at f1 in the past but this time it was OK.

Carried out the job i needed with no issues i would only recomend providing a time slot like other garages as i was just booked for a AM slot and waited around for 4 hours to be done. I understand they are busy but i had my 1 year old with me and finding somthing to do in the cold for 4 hours was difficuilt so a time slot would have been ideal

Quality of work complete was exceptional. Though did get told as a Blackcircles customer they would get to me when they could between 9-12. Dropped car at 9, work complete at 11:30.
