The tyres were replaced and they did a good job. However, the receptionist was extremely rude. He ordered I got the security nut myself and had zero interpersonal skills. I will not be using this garage again!

Had booked for PM slot, to be told on arrival at 4.00pm I had missed my appointment, I should have been there at 1pm. I tried to point out that the booking is either between AM or PM. And that he didn't really want all the AM customers turning up at 9am or all the PM customers turning up at 1pm. With a some reluctance he said there would try and fit me in, though the garage was empty. It was an unnecessary conversation, that unfortunately tainted the experience.

Ordered two tyres for home installation and was advised it would be between 08.30 and 12.30. Called Blackcircles at 12.35 to ask when the technicians would be arriving. Was informed that ATS Euromaster didn't have enough available staff that day, so the appointment had been cancelled, although nobody had bothered to tell me. Eventually got the fitting scheduled for the end of the day - and they did arrive this time. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the call centre operator was very helpful. Overall a poor experience.

Shame you have leave any stars. Absolutely useless. Couldn't find booking when they did they complained I was 2 hours late for a time we weren't aware of and said we would have to wait at least another 3 hours.
