First time I've used Selecta Tyre and I was very pleased. Appointment was on time and I received a cheery greeting on arrival. I wandered off to find a cup of coffee and when I returned 40 minutes later the car was just coming off the ramp. Tyres were as ordered, wheels were balanced and tyres were inflated to the correct pressure, not over inflated. What's not to like.

Theres clearly no booking system here - dropped of 10 minutes early for a 10:00am appointment and at 11:30 when I came back (itll be about an hour or so I was told) it hadnt even been started. It appears chaotic and the reception team seemed exasperated and disparaging about Blackcircles in general. Very hard to recommend to other customers. In fairness, Mark the fitter was courteous and efficient when he actually got to the car.

Fantastic service as always - Came in to replace a tire that was cut from by a pothole, Unfortunately it was not the first time it happened to one of my tires. I hope it doesn't happen again but at least i know these guys a great to deal with if it does
