Very busy garage, which is obviously good, long wait for a tyre to be fitted due to overrunning appointments, not so good.

They didn't contact me to confirm the time. I phoned them at 08:50 to query when my AM appointment was, they said it was 9 so they'll reschedule it to 2pm. I arrived at 2 and it took them 2 hours to replace 4 tyres. Apparently, their manager told me it takes them 20 - 30 minutes per tyre. When I eventually got it back, the pressure in the tyres were all set to 37, much higher than what my car needed according to the information on the door.
