When I arrived at the Trowbridge branch of Bathwick Tyres/Protyre, the receptionist was unable to provide an estimate of the waiting time - I eventually had to wait fifty-eight minutes before the tyre fitting commenced. The member of staff, who fitted the new tyres, was helpful and efficient. Will revert to using the Chippenham branch of Bathwick Tyres/Protyre in future, where I have previously been given accurate estimates of waiting times.
