Was created very promptly upon my arrival and was out within the hour. Superb service and very friendly staff. Waiting area is clean and spacious with more than enough seats whilst you wait. Information board about other services clearly visible and plenty of leaflets to take home. Will be using this garage again for my ADAS system (Advanced Driver Assistance System) as my cruise control needs a repair.

Turned up at reception about 10 mins before the appointment time. booked in and handed the car keys over went and sat in the waiting area. maybe 20 minutes or so later receptionist said the car was ready and outside an waiting, passed me the keys, got in the car and off I went.

Very friendly and efficient and its been the same on my previous visits to them. I had two rear tyres fitted and asked them to check the front tyres while I went to the local shops. They discussed my front tyres when I returned to collect the car. Long may this excellent service continue.

All 4 tyres on my Smart car were changed efficiently. I had the front tracking adjusted at 49.99 which seemed expensive. Why can't tyre fitters get tyre pressures right? Mine should be 26 front and 29 rear and they were all inflated to 35psi. At least the wheels were clean, without any of that white residue on the rims that you get with some fitters.

Have left an average review, the customer service was excellent, and my tyres were fitted quickly. However one had been damaged and scratched which went round 1/4 of the alloy. The cost to fix this would actually cost more than the tyres. So waiting on a reply from the GM of the garage.
