Great service all round. The job was done quickly and cleanly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A good sign is how clean and well ordered they keep the work space. Also nice, warm, clean waiting room and the bonus of a free coffee.

Small garage, was told first come first served. Arrived at 8:35 (5 mins after opening), no other cars waiting. Was met by a very friendly assistant and told it would be 1-1.5 hours and would call me. Was called at 10:15 that all complete. Front tyre pressure was 42.5 psi (should have been 33 psi), rear was 33 psi (should have been 30). Recommended pressures are clearly marked on the drivers door pillar so really no excuse. If not checked (by me), this could have significantly decreased the life of the tyres.

The work was completed quickly, efficiently and competently. The difference that should be pointed out is the level of warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer service I received. It was more like having my tyres fitted by a friend than a garage, would highly recommend. I will be going back to R U Cars for more than just tyres.
