The garage was great, efficient, friendly staff. Treated vehicles with respect, good work. Only downside when I arrived I was informed Blackcircles had not forwarded my details to the garage for the tyre fitting and 4 wheel alignment. As a result I had to wait a little over an hour. It would appear according to the garage this is an issue with Blackcircles, not the garage themselves. Overall happy with the service from the garage and will use again. Thanks

Turned up for two rear tyres to be fitted. Reception staff were courteous and got straight on with the job. However, i noticed that the tyre fitter used a nut gun to replace the wheel bolts and didn't use a torque wrench. Being a little concerned. i got home and checked both sides. one wheel bolt was so over tightened that i had to use a swing bar and pipe to loosen it. two other bolts were not tight at all. I retightened all bolts to 110 n/m, which is what the tyre fitter should have done.

F1 were excellent! They fiited the tyres quickly and professionaly. Black Circles on the other hand were the contrary. I booked a 9am slot which was accepted. They (BC) then sent me an email saying they had changed it to mid-day (which was ok). When I got to F1 they knew nothing about either appointment, and told me to come back at 2pm (I was lucky they had any slots available). They (F1) did a fine job, but my day was ruined because of the very poor service from Black Circles. I will be going DIRECT to F1 in future, plus it's cheaper!

The chap that came out to us fitted the tyres quickly, explained what he'd done and pressured them to the correct level, and even made me aware that the paint job on my brake calipers hadn't been done correctly by the previous owner, causing red dust on the rims and informed us on how to fix it. Whilst I accept that the fitter was unwell on my designated day, and so the appointment was moved to the following day. I was told that that appointment would be a morning appointment. It wasn't, it was 16.55pm. Happy with the service once it happened, but having tried to ring ATS myself to ascertain what was going on, found them to not be very helpful.
