Spent 3 hours!! Appointment was at 1pm. No organisation at all. Some who just drove up were seen to before. I was standing outside and heard the conversation. Totally unacceptable time delay. Need to prioritise appointments. Give number tickets to those that come in. No one appears in charge. Kept getting promised that I would be next .

Excellent service from the guys at Walkers Tyre Services,Narborough Road, I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment and they were able to start working on my 3 tyres straight away. They were quick and efficient and very polite in the office. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I was dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. The tyres were fitted quickly and I was able to inspect the front brakes whilst the wheels were off. I was pleased to see that the technicion used a torque wrench to tighten the wheel bolts, rather than an impact gun. Good service
