Spent 3 hours!! Appointment was at 1pm. No organisation at all. Some who just drove up were seen to before. I was standing outside and heard the conversation. Totally unacceptable time delay. Need to prioritise appointments. Give number tickets to those that come in. No one appears in charge. Kept getting promised that I would be next .

Couldn't have asked for a better service. The place has changed name so I was a little confused at first. Friendly staff, front desk and the technicians. The car was booked for 10am and it went in almost on time and 2 tyres were done in 30 mins. Ive had experiences in other places where my booked time was not actually a booked time so was expecting a wait but no perfect service all the way.

Very nice staff but had to go find one from the work shop to book in. Biggest shock are the blocks of wood use on the post lift between lift and my car!!! Have never seen such bad practice, I have taken photos from outside. It has taken 1 1/4 hours for four tyres with an appointment. I have also never seen lead weights stacked to balance a wheel.

Great service all staff that i came in contact with very professional. only draw back no specific time booked but well looked after. Even got a piece of the bosses birthday cake. Good tyres at a great price, So far feel just as good on the road as Continental i usually put on.
