Helpful and friendly staff offer constructive advice and keep you informed of progress (or delays) whilst the job is in progress. The reception/waiting area is light and airy and offers a view of the cars being worked on. Seats in the waiting area are clean and comfortable. There is no longer a coffee machine for customers but you have to ask yourself whether you want a coffee or a set of tyres fitted by reliable and competent technicians.

The staff were friendly enough. However, it was a very long wait for 4x tyres and tracking - I waited at least 2hrs. Booking via Blackcircles didnt give me the option of a time slot, so it was a case of turn up and wait to be seen. After tyres fitted and tracking done I drove off and found my steering wasnt straight, so turned around and had to wait another 45mins for it to be sorted out. Not a great experience after paying an additional 70 for front and rear alignment.
