Not enough staff 2 customers waiting in reception for 20 minutes just for a mechanic to finish what they were doing to come and serve in reception and take our keys. Told to come back in 45 minutes so I left it for an hour and 15. When came back no staff in reception again and had to go though to workshop to ask a mechanic if it was ready as it was still in the workshop.

It was all good apart from it took 90 mins despite booking an 09:30 appointment. Staff were fantastic, waiting area clean, warm and pleasant, quality of work good. Just the waiting let it down.

Went to have the two front tyres replaced. And the removed the old weights on both wheels they have scratched the paintwork on both of them. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship, and will definitely not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and competent staff. I had 2 tyres replaced due to faults which were diametrically opposite on the vehicle. At my request, they moved the wheels so both new tyres were on the same (front) axle without any fuss. Great job!

Great job, on time with the repair/tyre fitting, better than queuing and Micheldever Tyres, where you can be hanging around for up to an hour. I was all sorted, pre-order tyre on black circles, rock up to In and Out Auto centre Andover, at agreed time, on my way in 25 minutes.

Having arrived ontime,I was well recieved by a young man! Got onto the tye change immediately and all completed on goid time! There was a very nice waiting area, where one can help yourself to water or coffee! A very professinal and comfortable experience! Highly recommend OnOut!

Waited over an hour before they even started changing the tire. Immediately the car told me not enough pressure was in it. Over 10PSI lower than the other side. Whatever the soapy stuff they put tires on with, they used a huge amount.
