Excellent customer service, however I asked for wheel alignment but they had let me know it hadnt been done due a seized front adjustment fixing. I had asked for the rear to be done as I knew about this and was waiting for new fixture replacement on my next service next month. This where their an ice came in. No point if the front cant be done. So on this can a refund be sent for non work carried out..?

I chose to go to this garage because a friend went there and he showed me the print out of before and after 4 wheel alignment had been done to his car. I was not offered a print out, although I was told by the shop guy the tracking was slightly out. But when I asked why one front tyre was worn on the inside edge and one on the outside edge he said the camber could be out. Had I had the print out like my friend I could have seen if it was. How do I know for sure ?

Great job, on time with the repair/tyre fitting, better than queuing and Micheldever Tyres, where you can be hanging around for up to an hour. I was all sorted, pre-order tyre on black circles, rock up to In and Out Auto centre Andover, at agreed time, on my way in 25 minutes.

Waited over an hour before they even started changing the tire. Immediately the car told me not enough pressure was in it. Over 10PSI lower than the other side. Whatever the soapy stuff they put tires on with, they used a huge amount.
