Tyre fitting is experience was fine, however, while changing the tyres, the mechanic damaged one of the bolts holding the tyre on the wheel by tightening it too much. I just found out while having a service of my car a year later. Now I have to deal with the cost of having it fixed. Not happy with the outcome

Reception staff polite helpful Booked car in at agreed time , job completed,had asked them to phone me when done - didnt happen Picked car up. When driving at speed bad vibration thru front tyres Went to local garage and asked them to test drive car They found same -unfortunately they were too busy to take car in but advised it should be checked . Next day driving experience same so went to Kwikfit who checked car and found tyres not balanced correctly They rebalanced tyres and set correct PSI which was wrong as well. Car now runs fine

Generally efficient and polite. Job well done. One small criticism common with most tyrefitters the lubricant is not cleaned off the wheels and tyres before collection. Would just finish things off in my opinion.
