Excellent Garage and staff very friendly. Reason for 4 stars was the time I had to wait to get the tyres fitted including wait time was over 3 hours.. the garage is very busy on a Saturday which one can understand, but there is no pre-agreed service window to be worked to for Blackcircle customers e.g within 1 hour or 1.5 hours if you have pre agreed service level agreements this would be a major plus and differentiation for people to come to blackcircle tyres

All went to plan, I phoned the garage the day before to check times and was told that they didnt give appointments and it was a first come first served basis which meant that I was third in the queue which wasnt a problem, the job, 4 new tyres took just under 2 hours to complete.
