Great experience. Easy to order and sort online. Guys in the garage were great. I was a little early but there was no issue and I was able to drive straight in and leave the car. They said how long they expected it to be - when I returned at that time the job was complete and the car was waiting. Very reasonable time (40 mins for two front tyres). Staff were very friendly and courteous. Will happily go there again

Tyre looks good but will ok now the quality once used for few months. But waiting time was more than an hour and I have booked wheel algonment but there was no report produced so not sure what has been done as part of that. I bit disappointed with waiting time and not to have wheel alignment report. Booking was for formula one garage , Bletchley Milton Keynes.

Booked an 08:30 appointment, but a tyre fitter didnt roll in to start the job until 08:50. When complete, the car was parked outside on the road, on double yellow lines. Finally, having been caught out before, when I got home I checked the security of the wheel bolts and found the N/S/R to be loose.

my appointment was for 11:30 , my car was not started until 12:15 , i got my car back at 12:50 !! the keys were just left on reception desk for anyone to take (ridiculous bad security ) no one around to hand me back my keys and oppoligise for the delay and so i picked my keys up and left !!!good job i had already paid on-line. Bonkers bad service and vehicle security . i will not use again .

I booked this garage online as it had the earliest date for my two new tyres. They could come out in 2 days vs waiting a week for an appointment elsewhere. I preferably wanted a mobile van to come to me as one of my tyres was not safe to drive. The service was super quick and the mobile team were friendly and did an amazing job. Would recommend and would absolutely use again :)

Booked 2 tyres to be fitted to a caravan in a secure storage facility near Milton Keynes. Booking was easy and I left a note on how access to the site would be made. My note was acknowledged by SH service centre followed by another message telling me the fitter would ring me an hour before fitting. Everything went well and the tyres fitted without issue. I was told by the fitter that if there were any issues at all to contact them and they would happily come back out and rectify the problem. Cannot fault the service and would recommend.
