Ordered tyres through BlackCircles and chose ATS as closest fitter and also paid for full tracking. Job took an hour longer than expected (dont know why and no explanation or apology); no tracking report provided -I had to phone to request one be emailed.

All was done on time and tyres seem to be fitted ok. However, there was a small amount of some type of substance left on the edges of the alloy rims that I had to clean off. Worse, the wheels appear to have been laid down on a concrete floor, as there small marks on the protruding parts near the centre of the wheel. These marks are not bad enough to make a claim but I saw them and they were not there before the fitting. This lack of attention to detail does not inspire confidence.

Really good. Took care of my dimond cut alloys. They didnt use air guns to take undo the wheels as standard. Inspected the wheels before they started and showed me existing damage. Really good customer care

Fitter was friendly and good to deal with, rang ahead of arrival and did a good job. They unfortunately had an issue with the compressor in their van causing an oil spillage, but they cleaned it up and informed me of the issue. Another van was sorted and the job was still completed in a perfectly reasonable timeframe.
