My wife was approximately 10 mins late for the slot and was met with an unfriendly response which indicated that the car may not be ready until the end of the day despite there being available bays with only 1 person waiting. In the end the car was ready at 12:00, 1.5 hours after the slot. Slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world.

I arrived in time and had to wait to be seen. By the time I got served- 3 minutes after my time slot I was told my car would take an extra hour to be finished as they had taken on more work as they werent sure if I was coming. Mechanic was Very rude and interrupted the exchange the receptionist and I were having. I felt that this person was trying to take advantage of me and tried to push hard for other services such as more tyres (no need as plenty of tread left and wheel alignment. Receptionist was polite.

Took the car home after collection and a couple hours later. The new tyre was flat. Pumped it back up to find the valve core was leaking badly. So went to halfords and had to buy a core tool and new cores to finish the job they're paid to do. A simple fix that should have been caught by the garage when they inflated it but it wasn't. Lucky this time but had the potential to cause further damage had it not been spotted before setting off. Couple pound fix and lesson learned where not to go in future

They were friendly enough. Dropped the car off early, appointment was at 11. I said Im not in a massive hurry and will collect at the end of the day. They closed at 6, the car was still getting the wheels off then. They didnt finish it till an hour after their closing time. They also didnt use seat covers when moving the car, my interior smelled like old oil. They also didnt put the correct pressures in the front tyres (2.7 instead of 2.3bar. All things considered, very poor.
