This was my second visit to Protyre Alba Tyres (Ilkley) for tyres bought online and this was just as good if not better. Cheerful and helpful people. All the shop floor guys were busy so, since there were no other customers around, the guy behind the desk set about fitting the two new tyres on my car. When customers did arrive he was there in less than a minute to serve them before returning to my car. My tyres were fitted before I'd finished reading my FB feed. Great job! Thanks.

I arrived at 0820 for 0830 appointment was told on arrival they only had two staff on instead of four I left at about 0915 . The two guys who changed my tyres they were superb cannot fault them. ATS should address any staff shortages from other branches but fortunately it was quite when I was there.

Great customer service: friendly and helpful. Clean and smart facilities. Just beware the link to directions on ,aps from their website sends you to wrong location (their old site). The current location is as per the postcode in the new retail park opposite Farnell, between Lidl and Capital Hair! And beware the cycle lane when pulling in/out :)

ordered my tyre wed delivered thur fitted fri drove in guy said be about 20 mins ..got my car back about 20 mins later ..cant say fairer than that .how they shape up when fitting exhausts and brakes etc with regard to price & quality will find out when the time comes but will deffo give them a call .
