Very professional and welcoming. I turned up 2 hrs earlier and they fitted me in no problem. Jack the tyre fitter was very professional and took care on my car and the wheel. He was very personable and took pride in his work. He even cleaned up my locking wheel but as a bit rusty. Credit to the company. Will be using again in the future

I gave it 3 stars because I left the garage with two issues to fix, my car indicated that I had a tyre inflation issue this I found when I got home to be an over inflation I had to release air to get the pressure right and that removed the error message. Secondly the car computer was in information mode another item I had to remedy. Otherwise the speed of fitting was great.

Poor communication and customer service had to be reschuled as there was no confirmation from the tyre shop that it was cancelled. After numerous calls from blackcircle they finally were able to book me in. Person at the front desk also has no people skills they were not particularly welcoming, they acted as if I was not a valued customer at all. No call back as to when the work was done and no vehicle report of the tyres and alignment at all was provided. No recommended at all.

Fantastic service from Keith. I have had tyres fitted here to three different cars now in the last 12 months always a great job and great honest advice. On this occasion Id ordered two rear tyres as one had a bulge . The tyres had very little wear so Keith advised only one required, <1mm difference to new. Saved me a significant amount. Also, Blackcircle handled the refund immediately upon me contacting them via Whatsapp

The tyre was delivered there but they couldnt fit it due to faulty equipment, so I have to take it elsewhere and pay extra as I had to have it done on the day. This wasted my time and meant that I paid for fitting twice. Id like a refund please.

Great service, top job, tyre was fitted while waiting, in 15 mins. Friendly people, theyre a full Garage, useful if you need other work doing at the same time. My advice is to phone them before you set off so theyre expecting you at a particular time.
