No welcome or friendly greeting. Unfriendly, unprepared, absolutely no customer service. Was not aware of our booking and had to look it up. Garage was in chaos with cars all over the place and no one working on them. Lack of effective management. I was told my car would be ready in just over an hour. It was not even started on an hour later.

Excellent garage - mechanics are all very friendly, will patiently explain any car issues/changes and always willing to help where they can. Even simple things like moving old tyres from front to back to help them last longer - a considerate thing to do when they don't have to. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.
