This customer had 2 x Pace Alventi tyres fitted here
The fitter broke my locking wheelnut key. They, then told me my key was no use and charged me 18 per bolt and told me I would have to book it in the following week to get the other Tyre fitted. So, I had to go to another garage to get them to release all the bolts that they couldn't release, no problem for them. Also, I had to go to a welding shop to get them to take one bolt off because 'they' broke the key(20) absolute nightmare. All in all it cost me 56 plus 5 hours of my time. The manager was very rude and nit very helpful. Never again.

Excellent service, 8am drop off to have my tyres fitted and car was ready by 8.45. Quick easy service, would definitely recommend. Please note this was not my garage of choice, my chosen garage let me down saying they had no fitters to complete job.

The tyres are fitted and were done at the time requested. But I was told by the garage that there's a dodgy valve on the rear nearside. Rather than phoning me to discuss ordering and replacing the valve while the tyres were being replaced and the wheels were off the car they put a dodgy valve back on which now leaks air and i need to fix separately. I understand if the valve isn't a standard part it isn't in the price but I'm expecting to get 4 fully fitted tyres that i don't have to worry about!!! What do i do now?
