Had to return as failed to put locking wheel nut back in car, also failed to replace the tyre values and claimed they did (see picture). Also lost a plastic wheel nut cover and claimed it was missing when I put the car in. First time using the garage, will not return.

First time order with Blackcircles but have used the garage before for puncture repairs in the past but everything went smoothly from ordering and the tyres there at the garage. In the past I have ordered them to the house and taken them to a garage but this was way easier. The team member that got me organised was fast and efficient and pointed me to the waiting room an 90 mins later back on the road. This car was brand new, picked it up the day before from the showroom and they kept it clean with seat covers. Great service
