Wheel bolt missing. Went back to garage, they could not find my wheel bolt, they replaced it with an odd bolt lying around. Checked torque and bolts once I got home, the odd bolt is a half inch too long. Also valve stems were not replaced.

I don't really understand the point of offering the option to select AM or PM appointments. The idea of an AM appointment suited me. Car dropped off as requested at 9am. Was touched until after 12 and didn't get it back until after 1.
