I was booked in for a morning appointment. Parking was horrendous. Receptionist advised fitting two tyres would take probably a couple of hours, and worst case it would be completed that morning. I finally received a phone call at 12.33pm. The garage basically over promised and under performed. Blackcircles need to make sure their fitting garages can fulfil what they promise. I could have made an afternoon appointment if Id know that the garage would be so busy in the morning and relatively quiet in the afternoon.
