I have changed both rear tyres last year, them both lose air and when pump to 36 after a week they are less than 10! 5 days ago I went to change the front ones and asked these guys to check the rear ones and explained the issue! They agreed at the beginning, when began to change the front ones they asked me to go and showed to me the inner side of the alloy and said it should be cleaned and they could do it for £30 per tyre! So they do not fit the tyres properly.

Not exactly the warmest of welcomes when I arrived bang on time. Asked if they could check whether the tyres needed replacing and whether they were within the legal limit or not, to which he said the technician will do that, but they just went ahead and changed the tyres without bothering to call me to tell me anything. When I came back for the car they just handed me the keys, not great customer service and would of expected at least a pleasant welcome, a thank you or any basic pleansantries. Maybe he was having a bad day!
