Although Ive used the garage before without any issues, this time round the 3 mechanics were struggling to take my tyre off the alloy wheel and then put the replacements on . I asked them what the issue was and it was supposedly the RFT were harder to work with as they are less flexible . Eventually a 4th tyre fitter had to show them how its done .

Took a day off work and waited in all day for tyre fitting. Received a text message at 16:24 to say they have arrived at the job. This was not true. I then called to find out the fitter's schedule is "messed up" and he would attend the following day. Appalling.

As always, tyres fitted with care and efficiency. Appreciated how the fitter didnt just shove the Jack under the sill but positioned it carefully. Bolts torqued a bit higher than spec by 10NM but thats not a problem as I re torqued to the correct value once home. I cant recommend these guys enough.
