The wrong tyre was delivered to the garage by Black Circles, so I had to leave and get in touch with Black Circles myself to straighten it all out. This left myself inconvenienced, but the garage was very accommodating once the correct tyre arrived. It would be beneficial if the garage could get in touch to sort things out.

The fitting never happened cause yous only delivered 1 tyre, I have a M.O.T on Monday which my car will now fail thanks to Black Circle. Will never use yous again absolutely useless. Quick enough to send this but never bothered sending an email telling me you couldnt supply what yous took the money for.

Excellent service all round. My car was taken at the time of the booking, I was advised how long it should take and it was ready to go at the time provided. The fitter took great care of my wheels with not a single mark left on them. When you are very particular about your wheels, it's great to find somewhere that takes as much care of them as you do yourself. I'll definitely be going back here for anything tyre related!

Amazing experience at this place. Got my appointment messed up by Blackcircles as they've moved it an hour earlier in the last minute and I couldn't make it on time. Although guys had to close they stayed and did my tyres anyway and did a great job and found time to give me some advice as well. Absolutely brilliant service!
