We were told that the garage does not have an appointment system, they operate a first come first served policy. My wife arrived at 08:20 for 08:30 opening only to be told that they were waiting on a part for their tyre machine. Since we had already paid for the tyres My wife left the car and had to walk 3 miles home.

I was booked in for 12.30 but they allowed me to drop the car off early due to other appointments I had that day. By 10am I had a call saying they managed to for the tyres early due to someone not attending an appointment. Needless to say I have been completely delighted with the service and will be booking my service and MOT with them..

Excellent service. Warmly greeted on arrival by Gredan the manager. The works were carried out professionally and I was kept informed of the progress throughout. A couple of items needing attention were shown to me also which were carried out at a very reasonable cost. Overall I was very impressed by Gredan and his team.
