Reception area was functional but cold with no amenities for the customer. Initially the front of house person looked and sounded as if they had forgotten their "charisma tablets" - not friendly and welcoming. Mellowed with time.

Service reception staff really helpful and have an accurate estimate of how long they'd be. Took a walk with the dogs and came back to sit the last 20 minutes or so in the waiting room. Staff very chatty and friendly, nice little dealership considering it's a ford main dealer.

Used Stainless Creations a few times through Blackcircles and always found them to be friendly and efficient . My Sis-in Law took her car down with my wife today and they were both pleasantly surprised by the service and how advice was offered not pushed upon them. Great local wee garage and my choice for fitting
