The garage was nothing short of fantastic - quick to welcome me and take my car on arrival despite arriving early and job completed well within the time frame stated. There was also an extra charge due for moving existing tyres around but this was kindly waived for me (didn't catch the guy's name). This review is purely for the garage direct and not Black Circles hence the 4 stars - as it took 3 attempts to book a suitable appointment and the final time I had to get in touch myself as the confirmation came through incorrectly.

Ordered these tyres for my daughters car. Staff were very unhelpful and made my daughter uncomfortable. Despite them moving the booking time and date twice they still made her wait whilst they worked on other vehicles so what is the point in booking specific time slots. Took over three hours to change two tyres.
