I arrived 10 minutes before due fitting time and left the car with the team leader, having confirmed what was to be done. I returned 35 mins later an it was already complete. Subsequently I have only driven the car home, but so far the tyres are fine - smooth ride and quite a bit quieter that the Michelins. Quality of work is good, with just a small amount of fitting lubricant that was easy to remove. So far 100% satisfied. Given 4 stars because of the confusion over timing.

Did not carry out wheel alignment I had paid for as they did not have the necessary equipment. Told me it was not their fault as they did not know vehicle details before my arrival, it appears they have not informed Blackcircles of their limited abilities. Apparently I now have to sort out refund for work paid for but not done. Customer service not their strong point in my opinion.

Wayne at Kerbside tyres was absolutely spot on, efficient and friendly service. Will use again in future and highly recommend to others. Tyres are brilliant as well, excellent grip in the wet and dry, hold their grip in torrential rain too. Very happy with them, nice and quiet and handle.

Paid extra for mobile fitting. My first appointment, on a Wednesday,was canceled and rescheduled to a Friday. I waited 3 hours untill finally calling in to see where the fitter was and it turns out they never sent him out. The fitting has now been scheduled for Saturday morning. As you can imagine I'm not hopeful. Very disappointed I won't be using ATS again.

Only problem that cropped up was the fact I was texted saying my fitting slot was from 12.30 till 1600 But received a call from driver at 11.00 to say he was at the site!! If I had known I would have been there , better coms needed I think
