The garage was fine but the person on reception was very dismissive and rude. He didn't interact with me and after I asked roughly how long it might be he sneered and said 'well we're busy as you should be able to see and we shut at 12:30 so sometime before that'. Not helpful at all when I have toddler with me and just wanted an idea.

Appointment at 10am. but work on my motorhome not started until almost 10:30. Eventually completed about 11.05. Quite a long time to wait for just fitting 2 tyres. This is not normal for this place as Ive been in and out within 20 minutes in the past hence only the 3 stars

Poor service, one fella started to deal with me then passed us on to someone else so I had to repeat everything - garage said we were not booked in when clearly we were and also forgot to ring me when the tyre had been fitted. Will not return and advise everyone to stay away

Arrived at 1PM as per booking. They said id only booked 2 tyres instead of 4. Then realised it was only booked in a time slot for 2. The said it will be about 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours and the car was sat on the ramp with the wheels off. 40 minutes later an no change. Horrendous experience- NEVER again!
