I found the service at ATS Oxford Pony Road excellent. Very helpful, comfortable waiting area with chilled water to drink. They started on time (actually 5 minutes early) and completed the work in about 25 minutes. They also seem to have checked the pressures of all the tyres (not just those being replaced) which was really appreciated. No problems.

2 tyres. One 7psi under pressure and they other 5psi over pressure so a different of 12psi between the tyres. I had a low pressure warning light come on when driving home and had to make a detour to the garage to correct the pressures and pay for the pressure. The service was very quick though and local but obviously rushed being so busy which is a pity as they generally have a good reputation.

Although they fitted the tyres quite efficiently all the tyres were over inflated and they didnt fit new valves which I queried but apparently as they have TPMS sensors they dont do that. Its quite possible to fit new valves with the original sensor.

They couldnt make the original appointment & then broke the locking wheel nut which I am having to pay to get cut off before they can fit the other tyre. They also say they are going to charge me for new wheel nuts.

Originally booked for 31/12 then rescheduled by fitter at short notice. Rescheduled for 1100hrs 5/1 which meant changing shifts to accommodate. No one turned up and no phone call to explain. Chased ATS to be told fitter would arrive by 1400hrs. Eventually arrived after 1500hrs. Caused minor damage to one wheel and after driving today both wheels need rebalancing due to horrible vibration through the seat and pedals (rear tyres fitted). Not happy with any aspect of the transaction
