Pretty quiet when I got there just before 9. Friendly staff. They offered to phone me when the car was ready - earliest about an hour. I went off shopping and came back after about fifty minutes to use then waiting room. Car was ready after a total of an hour and a half. I had to reconnnect the dashcam that had somehow removed all its cables. Pleased with the overall experience.

Originally booked for 31/12 then rescheduled by fitter at short notice. Rescheduled for 1100hrs 5/1 which meant changing shifts to accommodate. No one turned up and no phone call to explain. Chased ATS to be told fitter would arrive by 1400hrs. Eventually arrived after 1500hrs. Caused minor damage to one wheel and after driving today both wheels need rebalancing due to horrible vibration through the seat and pedals (rear tyres fitted). Not happy with any aspect of the transaction
