CLCM should have fitted new tyre valves but instead it just re-fitted the old valves. This is very poor practice. One of my tyres lost all pressure within 36 hours.

Tyre fitting was fine apart from the extended time taken. I was initially told it would take an hour or so to fit two tyres, this was then revised to an hour and forty minutes, and in the end took more than two hours.

Dropper at 9.50am . I was told it would be ready in around an hour and they would call me. 12.15 I still had not heard , called them to be told " I think it is ready" . I reiterated and said is it ready? Reply i got was "i think so" . I said I would be there in 5 mins. I got there and had to wait to get a car moved to get mine out the workshop. Impersonal service , not what I expected. First time I have used Black Circle , not sure if I'll return?????

The fitters did not show up on original slot. 2 hours into the appt slot I received a call with suggestion to reschedule the fitting to Monday morning. This is almost end of the day and nobody has shown up yet. I had to reschedule other arrangements because of this.

No issues when arriving slightly early and the hourly appointments a bonus as others fitting centres only offered am or pm appointments. The fitting took a bit longer than expected but no problems hanging about in the reception area.

Pleasant customer service. Very nice waiting area while my tyres were being done. I ordered Michelin Crossclimate 3 tyres on 18th to fit on the 19th morning and wasnt sure theyd even arrive in time. But they were indeed ready and fitted on in around 45 mins. Only minor issue is parking, as there is not much parking in the area. Recommend just checking on Google maps before arriving.

The place was run down and very dirty. There was no one on reception. The tyre fitter damaged the drivers door edge of my car when he got out. Luckily it was easy to fix. I will never go back there.

Best garage for tyre replacement, mechanic was best I have dealt with. Careful with low profile run flat replacement and appreciated the need to be careful. 11 out of 10. Will use this garage for all my tyres from now on.
