Tyres replaced on 30 August; missing wheel nut at MOT on 27 September. Low mileage in between. Valve stems not replaced (standard rubber valves) despite being included in the the 'fully fitted price'. Leaking valve (preexisting) needs to be remedied elsewhere now.

Excellent service (especially compared with Milton Keynes where twice I have had to wait a long time, as has my daughter in law). Polite, friendly staff and no wait. Clean and tidy waiting room (someone said it was small but there is seating for 5). The yard is pot-holed and water logged at the moment but access for customers was dry.

The team there were really good but they take on work from multiple third party links and each (at least 7 cars) had all turned up at the same time for a 10.00 - 11.00 fitting. You need to directly interface with the fitters to make a booking slot a booking. Not a rough idea of when to attend.
