Arrived for my pre booked appointment to be told they had 3 staff members not turned up for work and therefore couldn't fit them today. Rearranged to next Tuesday. Not impressed, particularly as "walk in" before me had just left her car to have 2 tyres fitted, yet they couldn't honour a prebooked customers appointment.

GOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, HEARING THEM TALK TO OTHERS AS WELL AS MYSELF I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO OTHERS. DID TAKE A LITTLE TO LONG IN MY PERSONAL OPINION CONSIDERING IT WAS ONLY 1 WHEEL (APPROX 100 MINS) BUT THEY WAS VERY BUSY TO START OFF WITH SO WAITING A LITTLE WHILE TO BE EXPECTED ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THAT THEY DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS WELL... THE ONLY REASON IF I HAVE ISSUES WITH MY REGULAR MECHANIC I WILL BE STRAIGHT OVER TO THESE GUYS
