Shame that the fitters were not aware that my booking was at the specified time so they had walk-in bookings and I had to be slotted in where possible as Blackcircles did not put it into their diary and a few other people were in a similar position. All in all they took 45mins to fit once my car was brought in. But seems faster to get fitted through the garage itself as I did have to wait.

Car was booked in at 1000, and wasn't ready until 1230, 2 and a half hours for changing 2 tyres is rather excessive.

Unprofessional staff and took twice as long as expected. Told the car would be ready in 15 minutes after already waiting an hour but ended up waiting another 45 minutes with no explanation. Could see staff messing around and not working while multiple customers were sat waiting.

Arrived on time but had to wait 2 hours which wasnt a problem, I used to work in a garage and I know things don't always go as planned. That said I was treated proffesionally and the work was carried out to a high standard

There was an issue withbtge old tyres the likely reason was clearly explained and general sounded knowledgeable about tyres.. The tyre change was done at the booked time. All in all a positive experience.
