Friendly and courteous greeting from store manager at reception confirmed completion would be 1.5 hours for 4 new tyres. Indeed, it was completed before this time. All is fine but there are naturally many oily/greasy finger marks over the wheels where the tyres were fitted. It would seem a good policy to clean the wheels down on completion. It would promote and enhance the new tyres please the client and potentially encourage further recommendations. Item 4 below doesn’t include the most logical reason for using this garage and that is cost.
