Good price for my selected tyres. Two things with the garage which is why I took a star off. Had to pay for parking at the garage so had to buy a morning's worth of parking! Even though I got there as the garage was opening, it is not a first come, first serve process. Description of garage on website needs updating.

Customer service needs improvement. Arrived before opening at 8:30 after reading online that it was first come first served. Despite this and having only one customer waiting before me I was told my car would be ready some time before midday and I needed to pay for parking outside for 3.5 hours. I felt like I was inconveniencing the member of staff serving me by daring to ask how long it would be. Car was ready within 2 hours but I didnt get a call to tell me, I was passing and saw it had moved. Not a friendly or personal service.

Very efficient. Very polite. Had a 10am appointment. Tyres ready and all done in an hour. Recommended me to come back after 50 miles to check wheel nuts. Tyres and wheels left clean too.

Used mobile service from ATS, paid the extra fee. The fitting went well, but the front wheel balancing was not good at all. I had to pay to have the wheels balanced as an emergency job by North Devon Tyres, where the weightings were out by 115g and 85g.
