Everything went according to plan, there was a query about whether it was advisable to only fit 2 tyres instead of all 4 (my car is all wheel drive) so the fitter checked with the tyre supplier to confirm it was safe to proceed with the fitting.

Highley recommended blackcircle. An issue with tyre size was resolved quickly and got my tyres reordered within days! Got my tyres done today. The car was making an awful knocking sound that was never there before and steering felt odd. Got home for my husband to check out what was wrong. Drivers front side 3 bolts loose and passenger side 2! Absolutely fuming that they saw me with my 4 year old and were happy for me to drive away like it! Will never return, dangerous!

Used mobile service from ATS, paid the extra fee. The fitting went well, but the front wheel balancing was not good at all. I had to pay to have the wheels balanced as an emergency job by North Devon Tyres, where the weightings were out by 115g and 85g.
