Work was OK, they get 1 star for taking SO LONG, excuses about staff levels are bull as they had 2 managers one of whom had to finish the job as it was taking too long. Main reason was they didn't fit a cover to my drivers seat or if fact to nearly every car I watched being done and they where wearing filthy cloths, I know it's not a clean job but when the manager pulled the car out I pointed this out and he commented there was no branch manager he was just assisting

Booked this appointment for my daughter as she lives a long way away with a young baby. We were sent an appointment slot but the staff were very accommodating and pulled it forward for her so it didnt clash with babys teatime. She experienced friendly and efficient service when she arrived to get the two tyres fitted.

Used mobile service from ATS, paid the extra fee. The fitting went well, but the front wheel balancing was not good at all. I had to pay to have the wheels balanced as an emergency job by North Devon Tyres, where the weightings were out by 115g and 85g.
