Really slow, arrived at 1000 as booked. Once booked in didn't get acknowledged by staff again. Eventually got sorted an hour and 15 minutes later. Had this experience at another local garage - It seems like Blackcircles customers are the lowest priority.

Fantastic service! I arrived at approximately 9AM, the garage was very busy, but the manager allocated a guy to change my tyres straight. I asked if they would swap the tyres front to back, which they obligingly did with no extra charge. My car was ready to go within 40 minutes. Excellent service from start to finish - highly recommended.

The 2 chaps I spoke to in reception were very friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to clean some internal alloy damage from the puncture I picked up and added more tyre seal to help minimise the risk of air leakage.
