The garage recommended making an appointment after ordering the tyres online from Black Circle Tyres. So 10.30 was the time they said. However they were 'busy and understaffed'. So I left my car with them and waited on a phone call to collect it. Almost 2 hours later I walked back in case they'd lost or forgotten the number. Car hadn't even been started on. 'it will take about 20 minutes and we'll do it now' which ended up to be almost an hour later before I left. But they did do a very good job.
